Mortgage Court Reports

As a result of discussions with family lawyers and associated professionals we are now providing a Mortgage Report Service which assists them and their clients in discussions, negotiations & in court as part of separation and/or divorce.

The financial conduct authority does not regulate legal services.

Clearly, it is vital that this information can be relied upon to inform clients as to what mortgage can be attainable, at what rate, within what payment parameters, commentary on their credit history as well as advice on other pertinent related areas that may affect their ability to attain a mortgage.

The price for the Mortgage Report is a fixed fee of 199 and covers:

- Borrowing capacity

- Monthly payment options

- Mortgage term options

- Indicative products & rates available

- Repayment vehicles

- Options to improve borrowing capacity

- Other commentary on varying the scenario's

 

Clients will also have the opportunity to provide us with different financial scenario's over time as negotiations or discussions develop and amendments to the original report are required. As its a fixed fee, there would be no additional charge for any amendments to the report
